The part I was talking about is the new label she actually has given herself; "mommy grizzly." Belgian_Draft 0 #7 July 10, 2010 I have seen newspaper and magazine articles about Obama that were aimed at the same age group. Does that also mean that they are Obama's demographic? I have come to expect better slams from you than that.HAMMER: Originally employed as a weapon of war, the hammer nowadays is used as a kind of divining rod to locate the most expensive parts adjacent the object we are trying to hit. Amazon 7 #10 July 10, 2010 Quote Admit it she scares the hell out of you But you really do not know why do you No I think its SAD...that she is seeking to put her failed values on more young people. What a great example to young people....NOT. Rolemodel... oh I hope the fuck not. That whole religious brainwashing that relys on abstinance worked out so well for her family Quote "Speaking Up: The Sarah Palin Story," is one in a series of biographies aimed at 9- to 12-year-old readers. Others feature 2007 Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow and U2 frontman Bono. Kathleen Kerr, an acquisitions editor for Zondervan's Zonderkidz division, said the subjects are prominent figures who children hear about in the news and role models for tweens who are "working for the betterment of the world in which we live and who are motivated primarily by their Christian faith." Bolas 5 #13 July 10, 2010 Don't worry they leave the "super heavy stuff" out. Quote There are aspects of Palin's life that the book shies away from. For example, Kerr said, there's no mention of her teenage daughter Bristol Palin's pregnancy. Bristol Palin was thrust into the national spotlight while her mother was seeking the vice presidency. Bristol Palin's son Tripp was born in December 2008, when she was 18, and she has gone on to speak about the virtues of abstinence and the challenges of life as a young, single mom. "We tried to stay away from the super-heavy stuff," Kerr said. Stupidity if left untreated is self-correcting If ya can't be good, look good, if that fails, make 'em laugh. Shotgun 1 #24 July 10, 2010 Quote Admit it she scares the hell out of you But you really do not know why do you I strongly disagree with her on certain social issues, and I hope that she doesn't end up having a negative effect on women's rights, gay rights, stem cell research, etc..... But those issues don't seem to be her main focus for now. The things that she is focusing on are things that I don't have a strong opinion about, so while I don't particularly like her personality, I am interested in hearing her point of view. But since she does seem to have a lot of political (celebrity?) power, I am concerned about her views on the social issues.
