kelpdiver 2 #2 July 5, 2010 parachutes are highly useful if you can get altitude and send in a suicide bomber over the border. If you can get enough altitude, doesn't even have to be kamakazi - you can drop and try to land elsewhere. How do you get altitude - glider is one if the winds there allow for it.
