The common theme is that enforcement of the law is absolute only against those that are not white and not of northern european ancestry. I'm asking a question to clarify his thinking. It bugs me when people just blindly accept whatever laws happen to be in effect, without bothering to think about whether or not the law is actually just. I'm simply asking him what his opinion is using his own judgment. Folks should be able to make moral determinations on their own, without consulting some law book. The law books sometimes do things that aren't right. And the Taliban law book that says it's okay to hang 7-year-old kids, is wrong. So that's a good test case to force people to think for themselves, outside the security-blanket of what someone else says is right, via "the law". In my opinion, anyone who can't unambiguously state that hanging 7-year-old children is wrong, is a ...
