Ok, in all seriousness, let's be realistic about what he could or can't say.

At some point he will talk about US energy policy.

Does that mean he's using this as an opportunity to "let no crisis go to waste"? I don't think so. If Sarah Palin, Bush or Homer Simpson were in the White House, it's a topic that would out of necessity be brought up during this talk.

How could it not be? What IS the reason we're allowing drilling in the gulf?
