Absolutely. Now if a person signs an assumption of risk, a damage occurrs, injured person files and it is discovered the DZ did nothing wrong/negligent then the plaintiff should pay D's costs. But to ignore hearing it just really sets us up for bad things. Can teh DZ then have a non-rated TI take up that student? Hey, she signed the waiver / assumption of risk.

Looks to me like, she's looking for that huge out of court settlement and a shot at being a centerfold.

I agree with most posters here that she is doing this for publicity. Yeah, she's easy on the eyes and a pro photographer can snap some shots and Photoshop them to be worthy of a Playboy centerfold.
But her claims are most likely bs.
