skycop 0 #32 April 13, 2010 Quote I guess your idea of a free market is to let us go into a depression.. since you have the government to pay you your pension and fuck all for everyone else... who does not live off of government largese. Does that really deserve an answer? When you can't debate with civility, insult, that always works. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!" I make no apologies for working hard my entire adult life (sometimes at great personal risk) to get my "government largese" as you call it. I helped pay my own salary and now I pay taxes on it as well. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"

I also used EVERY last cent of my GI Bill so I could get the degrees that allow me a comfortable lifestyle and pay FAR too much in taxes for other peoples kids, police forces that are nearly fucking useless to me, a fire district that is mainly volunteers, and a group of dumbasses in a water district that spent money THEY did not have.... and now expect us to pay $60 a month for all the improvements that I thought was criminal at the time. Its part of being PART of a society. ALL of us better be paying the bills.... you know that oft used buzzword FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY... I still believe in it.
