Logic doesn't explain everything; it just provides a framework in which to think. (So does religion, but has different objectives i.e. a given belief that one must arrive at.)
And I guess atheistic logic doesn't do that? Seem like what ever logic an atheistic comes up with it always ends in "God does not exist." But maybe if atheism is viewed as just another religion that will not be a problem.

If you think there is "atheist" logic then you do not understand logic. It's like claiming that the gravity at your DZ is religious.

No. But it can identify arguments that have no validity. One such argument is "things exist, therefore someone made them, therefore God exists."

That is an absurd absence of logic.
Rather like claiming there must be a creator because something can't come from nothing, without applying the same rule to the creator herself.
The assumption that your logic can explain all of the possible manifestations of God and the universe is illogical.

Quote>Deciding not to decide is a decision.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. That guy in a coma really isn't making any decisions, no matter what the semantics. Same generally goes for the guy with an IQ of 60 who doesn't always understand the consequences of his actions.
The guy in the coma is not making any decisions. The guy with the low IQ is making decisions, even if he may not understand the consequences - removing understanding, consequence or responsability from a decision does not disqualify it from being a decision.
