Easy. They can spend a few trillion more that they don't have. Let them pay for it in the future.

It sure would be swell if we all simply said, "we failed. Our multiple trillions of dollars experiments in the Great Society, New Deal, and Military Buildup have failed. Let's try something different. Let's repeal them."
