billvon 3,080 #31 March 1, 2010 >Ha! Work for free. Not for free! I think DD might be on to something here. Each of the six people in a cube pay $1 a month to the Ucube, run by one leader. Each of those nine leaders pays $4 a month to their Neighborhood leader. Each one of three Neighborhood leader pays $10 a month to the Power Block leader. If you can find six more people you can become the leader of your own Ucube and work your way on up the chain. Pretty soon you can have homeless people supporting you! You can go to the fancy fundraising dinners, have the Power Block rent you a nice car (for fundraising and union activities only of course) and tell everyone how horrible it is to be unemployed. (Of course by that point you're not _really_ going to want those people to get jobs; you'd go hungry.)

With a U-6 of almost 30M that's a lot of economic cloud. If that were too happen, some of the smart-asses who commented here might find themselves joining the ranks of the unemployed. mpohl 1 #48 March 1, 2010 Reading, or the ability to read will open whole new worlds for you, my friend. Try this. Feel free to ask about any words you don't understand. Why Liberals and Atheists Are More Intelligent Satoshi Kanazawa* * To whom correspondence should be addressed. E-mail: S.Kanazawa@lse.ac.uk. Abstract The origin of values and preferences is an unresolved theoretical question in behavioral and social sciences. The Savanna-IQ Interaction Hypothesis, derived from the Savanna Principle and a theory of the evolution of general intelligence, suggests that more intelligent individuals may be more likely to acquire and espouse evolutionarily novel values and preferences (such as liberalism and atheism and, for men, sexual exclusivity) than less intelligent individuals, but that general intelligence may have no effect on the acquisition and espousal of evolutionarily familiar values (for children, marriage, family, and friends). The analyses of the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Study 1) and the General Social Surveys (Study 2) show that adolescent and adult intelligence significantly increases adult liberalism, atheism, and men’s (but not women’s) value on sexual exclusivity.
