White Racial Resentment Bubbles Under the Surface of the Tea Party Movement

But the moment you realize "Affirmative Action" for the insanity that it is, then I will accept that there are better people out there who are more qualified than myself and I will let my dream of playing in the NBA die.

As long as you continue to practice your own form of racism, I will continue to call for my NBA career and to deny me this career means that you don't believe in "Affirmative Action". You instead believe in a select form of "Affirmative Action" where certain races will be given preferential treatment over others.
I'm not the one acting like a racist here.
I believe jobs should be given to the most qualified candidates.

I don't even play basketball. So of course I am not good enough to play in the NBA.
Too bad you can not apply the logic of my lack of basketball skills to others who lack skills to do [insert whatever job description you want here]. The most qualified person regardless of their race should be hired for the job. If some [insert whatever race you want here] is more qualified then myself for a specific job, then they should get the opportunity before I get it. I am okay with this. Why aren't you?
