It's not difficult to find a tiny fraction of the population to buy into nonsense due to their paranoia, social dysfunction, or some minor nuerosis. Why is it that almost without exception, the people I've met that think this crap might be true are, at the very least, just a bit wierd? Many are obviously more than weird, but very rarely do they come off as a normally socially functioning person. Always with the strange gaze, more closely resembling the typical streetcorner soapbox lunatic than anything else. So they've found 1000+ nuts? So what?
