Moron Killed During Game of 'Russian Roulette

GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) -- Greenville County deputies say a 20-year-old man has admitted he shot a 37-year-old friend in the face during a game of Russian roulette.

Authorities say Michael Keith Smith asked his roommate to shoot at him Thursday night.

Deputies say Joshua Daniel Estrep pulled the trigger three times before a bullet hit Smith in the face, killing him. Master Deputy Michael Hildebrand says witnesses told investigators that Smith was saying he was unhappy with his life and not afraid to die.

Estrep is charged with voluntary manslaughter and unlawful carrying of a pistol.
