He was stopped by law enforcement, which smelled an illegal drug, the suspect tried to fight and run and during the struggle the suspect was killed by his own illegally carried gun? Whats your point? That bad people don't care about current laws and will do as they please no matter what is considered illegal? That's pretty much a given no matter what state you live in. Then again, with all of this law enforcement experience you once stated you had, you would know this.
