Heard a news story today that states this info may NOT have been hacked but rather, LEAKED, by an insider. The file was named FOIA because the material inside was data and info requested by an new org (I dont remember the name) under the law of the same name. Info, data and reports they have to date, refused to release or denied the very existance of it.
