warpedskydiver 0 #2 October 28, 2009 Well I know someone who is a well known jumper and he nearly died from an oyster that was bad. He still can have problems from that.

You know what's ironic - a couple of thread up the British government is getting bashed about a "suppossed" ban and this thread it silentExperienced jumper - someone who has made mistakes more often than I have and lived. Andy9o8 3 #4 October 28, 2009 See, this is why Reagan said we need to get government off the backs of the people. So much regulation; not enough personal responsibility.

thedude325 0 #6 October 28, 2009 WTF?! I didn't hear about this?! A lot of my friends are in the oyster business. I freaking love raw oysters too! I don't think it'll pass. Even if it does, it probably only applies to restaurants. It won't keep me from buying a sack and shucking em in my yard with a case of beer. Mmmmm maybe I'll get a sack for Halloween.... Andrewwhyte 1 #7 October 28, 2009 There has certainly been an increase in red tide in the colder waters up north. I would not be surprised if there is increased contamination in the gulf region over the last 20 years or so.

rickjump1 0 #14 October 28, 2009 The resurgence of democrat fecal matter is what is polluting the oyster beds. Its just temporary; no need for new regulations. Do your part for global warming: ban beans and hold all popcorn farts.
