I'm sure there are exceptions, but for the most part, shouldn't the American public be entitled to view bills online before they are voted on?Do your part for global warming: ban beans and hold all popcorn farts. rehmwa 2 #2 October 9, 2009 Is anyone really surprised this happens when the same party is in control of both Exec and Leg branches? Seems this happened a few years ago when the parties were reversed too. let's now see who argues a point that it's OK when it's 'their' party..... ... lawrocket 3 #5 October 9, 2009 QuoteWonder how many would bother looking at a new bill. Too many. Plenty of people might actually see what's going on. Personally, I'd like to see some bill tracking information, too. Those that show what additionas are made to the bills, by whom, etc. Since that would mean accountability then Congress doesn't want it. My wife is hotter than your wife. kallend 2,148 #6 October 9, 2009 I don't interpret "reluctance to implement a three day rule" as fighting against posting bills online. Maybe the article was just poorly written, or maybe it was meant to be deliberately misleading.... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one. All of a sudden, people are taking an active interest (digging out old civics books). Must have something to do with money or even their health. Accountability? The house and senate, not unlike the old communist party, is on the eve of new scrutiny. Gee look; some of their stuff is gonna be on tv.Do your part for global warming: ban beans and hold all popcorn farts.

Misleading or not, shouldn't the American people be able to view new bills online before they are voted on? This would give us closer scrutiny of BOTH parties. It would certainly effect the GOP when its their turn in the barrel.Do your part for global warming: ban beans and hold all popcorn farts.

Well, you might have had a point had they not voted against it multiple times"America will never be destroyed from the outside, if we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves."
