By and large cliffwhite is saying a lot of pot-stirring shit, but most of it is general enough not to be a PA. He can call the military all baby-killers, but if he says in the same post "and wmw999 is in the military" that would probably be considered a PA. If he said "the military, of whom wmw999 is a member, are all baby killers" that would definitely be a PA. Yes, it's a fine line. But lots of people tread close to it. And cliffwhite is saying a lot of really asinine stuff (note you can say that his stuff is the biggest bunch of fucking bullshit in the world -- that's not a PA, you're attacking his words, not him), and getting people's goats with it.
