Kill an officer?

Recommended Posts

Quote

So how do you ever know if it's a fake cop or a real one?
One acting righteously or one with nefarious pupose?

Do you just always comply or do you assert yourself and preemptively kill the cop?

"Yes judge, I just assumed officer Smith was a fake cop so I shot him in the head - just in case.

so can I go home now?"

Cliff - I don't think having an 'instant excuse argument' like this is your get out of jail free card

you might try getting to know a few local cops in your area as friends to help you get over your issues

surprisingly enough, if you play pool and talk about life with a couple cops, you totally forget about the extra fingers and the gills they have that indicate they aren't real people instead of aliens.

Or, they'll arrest you for wagering on pool after you win $70-$80 bucks from their buddies. It all depends on how well you play pool.

A friend of mine who is white and works as a police officer in Watts bought a beat up old Geo Metro to save money on gas for his commute. He told me he got pulled over a couple times a week because if you're white and in Watts, you are there for only one reason. Also he mentioned that off cuty cops get no special priviledges in Watts because if your an off-duty cop in Watts, you're there for only one reason.

This conversation came up because we were talking about The Shield and how it is the most accurate cop show on tv according to him.

as in making new friends with anyone - make them comfortable and sandbag a few games.

It helps with the process and really sets them up later for some real wagers.:D

If I feel my life is in imminent danger.

I will always conduct myself in a professional manner and act like a gentleman if I encounter a police officer who feels the need to arrest me.

Shoot at me for no obvious reason, pull a knife, hit me with the car and all bets are off.

I figure this way there is no mistake about their intentions.

Before anyone gets all upset, remember I have quite a few cops as friends and they AGREE with me.

I don't know which sounds less appealing, dumping to cops or befriending them. :D

In that situation, I think I'd prefer a less obvious hustle that doesn't require me to dump all night in order to cash in.

Cool. Let me know how that works for you, doing your own determination instead of letting the courts do it.

There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

When I was working for TDOC, an inmate once told me that he was riding in a car with a known felon. The cops pulled them over and decided to arrest them both. One officer began to use unnecessary force on the man who was being taken in without any cause at all. He told me that he dropped to the ground, leg swept the officer. He ended up neutralizing the threat (He beat the $hit out of both of them, took all their weapons, threw them into the police car and drove off.) Know what he was charged with? Stealing the state vehicle. The cop's own video camera had recorded the entire incident. The cop had a history of roughing up those he had arrested.

"proper case" to be "Hey, I see someone in a uniform in line at the grocery store - he just smiled and nodded at me - oh crap - better shoot him just in case"

If in a situation of unlawful arrest ,how much force is it legal to use in resistance?
How much force would you use?

Blues,
Cliff

Easy....if you resist then you just broke the law by resisting which basically makes the arrest lawful. If it is unlawful then you use the law which is to sue.

I got stopped for having a low rear end(no kidding).

that happens as you get older - eat more vegetables and take up bicycling

I eat my veggies and ride a camo bicycle. It happens when old people carry big guns and lots ammo.
