D22369 0 #2 September 19, 2009 I agree completely. who the fuck gives dangerous nutjobs fucking field trips???? Its fucking insane is what that is... and it isnt his first time escaping. The report I saw last night hinted that he might of been headed to the sunnyside area and this one said the same. I have an idea, lets send these dangerous freaks to live with the bleeding hearts who want them to have a second chance 911 - government sponsored dial-a-prayer - fuck that, give me a .45 anyday RoyThey say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.

1969912 0 #6 September 20, 2009 This was not his first escape. He did it before in the mid 90's, and after being captured he picked up a cop and threw him to the ground, damaging the cop's shoulder badly enough to require surgery and leaving the cop with permanent shoulder dysfunction. Oh yeah, the escaped psychotic killer has a MySpace page.... 1969912 0 #7 September 21, 2009 They just caught his ass. And it looks like the cop who grabbed him was the same one he injured after his prior escape! http://www.krem.com/topstories/stories/krem2-091809-patient-escape-day-2.191907e9f.html http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,552780,00.html "Once we got to the point where twenty/something's needed a place on the corner that changed the oil in their cars we were doomed . . ." -NickDG
dks13827 3 #8 September 21, 2009 whenever these maniacs are paroled, the judge's and / or parole board member's names should be prominantly published. Then again when they commit their next crime.
1969912 0 #9 September 21, 2009 He wasn't paroled. In 1987 he had heard voices saying that a 78 year old lady was a witch, so he hacked her to death, and then poured gasoline on her body before burying it in her own garden. He was later found to be not guilty by reason of insanity. He escaped in 1991 and injured a cop after being apprehended. Last week, the state mental hospital took him on a field trip to the Spokane County Fair, along with several other criminally insane patients. He had packed a backpack with all of his belongings from the hospital. He wandered off, and the chaperones waited two hours before notifying anyone about his disappearance. Here is a bit from his myspace page (first paragraph talking about the lady he killed): "A person lay dead at his feet. Phil called 911. At the scene, Psychotic symptoms were noted over the incident that landed Phil in the psychiatric ward of the Washington State Mental Institution. Ironically, years later, after suffering through many experimental therapies, Phil felt enough release to pick up the remnants of his dream in the expressive form music would allow. A sound was birthed. Somehow Phil painstakingly managed to bottle that sound and boot-leg the contraband recordings. Irregardless of how he was able to do such a feat in his situation, this first smuggled album shoots straight to the heart of his passion. A new mental culture is born from the chaotic ashes of a chemically induced insanity. A culture of refined madness is brewed with all the bizarre side effects just the appetizer. Enter Phil’s world, the horrific netherworld of chemical lobotomies and forced inject-table toxic cocktails that help finance the cutting edge of today’s psychotic medications. Federally approved injectable medications, time released by biodegradable polymers have somehow amazingly spawned a new voice of hope. When Phil today is asked if he’s “nuts” for taking on such a battle, he answers with a profound YES…with full assurance he’s completely certified for the last 22 years." DJL 235 #10 September 21, 2009 I like how they make a written description instead of just posting a picture. "Paul is a white male, 5'8, 220 pounds, with brownish-gray hair, blue eyes, and a goatee. At the time of his escape, Paul was wearing a red windbreaker jacket, with a t-shirt and jeans. " Basically he looks like half of all white males."I encourage all awesome dangerous behavior." - Jeffro Fincher
