SkyChimp 0 #1 September 18, 2009 Landside against ACORN in the House of Representatives today. happythoughts 0 #2 September 18, 2009 ACORN is suing the films producer. “Bring it on,” O’Keefe said of a potential lawsuit. Someone once said never wrestle with a pig. You can't win and you'll just find that the pig enjoys the mud. They are bringing additional media attention to the media of a media producer. He will enjoy further wallowing at each opportunity. Perhaps they use their entertainment industry supporters and counter with a media event of their own. I hear that Kanye is available.
warpedskydiver 0 #3 September 18, 2009 Is it any surprise that IL had nobody who would vote against ACORN?
SkyChimp 0 #4 September 18, 2009 QuoteIs it any surprise that IL had nobody who would vote against ACORN? You know most people don't want to label others thru "guilt by association" but I can't help but feel that Obama knew the deep issues inside ACORN. Just like he knew about Bill Ayers past, his dealings with Tony Rezko, and his "hate whitey" pastor, Jeremiah Wright. You know these community organizers who gave advise to the sting operatives on setting up a child prostitution makes me wonder what kind of advise Obama gave as a community organizer. Does anyone else find it funny that we made a SPORT out of an EMERGENCY PROCEDURE?!?!

Hell yeah he knew, he taught them all this.... It does make for some great reality TV, though, you just cannot make this stuff up.... First the guy in San Diego tells them he has contacts in Tiajuana who can help them smuggle thirteen year olds in for prostitution, THEN he propositions the "hooker." LMAO. Actually, I don't really blame him for that. He's probably never seen a hooker who looked like that. The forecast is mostly sunny with occasional beer. dreamdancer 0 #7 September 18, 2009 QuoteIf only the Republicans who have worked up a frenzy over ACORN's alleged crimes were so indignant about real and damaging voter fraud -- such as the amazing case of Young Political Majors, the firm that ran GOP registration efforts in California, Massachusetts, Florida, Arizona and elsewhere before the authorities in Orange County, Calif., busted its president, Mark Anthony Jacoby, and sent him to jail last year. He had built a lucrative partisan career by teaching his minions to deceive thousands of voters into registering as Republicans rather than Democrats, among other scams. Of course, the only on-air mention of the Young Political Majors scandal on Fox News was made by blogger Brad Friedman -- and the national media, mainstream and conservative, generally ignored it. They were too busy generating "controversy" over ACORN. So now the overhyped voting registration tales are metastasizing into wild accusations about ACORN's finances and programs, including claims that the group will receive billions in federal bailout funding and that it is a hotbed of corruption, perhaps even murder. In fact, ACORN affiliates -- those not involved with voter registration -- have received a few million dollars annually in federal funding. The group is not scheduled to receive any bailout money (although working people would probably benefit more from subsidizing ACORN than greasing AIG and Goldman Sachs). http://www.commondreams.org/view/2009/09/18-7stay away from moving propellers - they bite blue skies from thai sky adventures good solid response-provoking keyboarding
