shah269 0 #26 September 10, 2009 Who the hell wants one wife? Just give me a girl who knows what she is doing in the sack and who doesn't bug me too much when I'm watching TV and doesn't fill my house with shoes and we'll call it even.Life through good thoughts, good words, and good deeds is necessary to ensure happiness and to keep chaos at bay. The only thing that falls from the sky is birdshit and fools!
billvon 3,120 #27 September 11, 2009 So he's resigning, but has explained that when he discussed having sex with other women outside his marriage it didn't mean he was having an affair: ================== Ex-Assemblyman Duvall: My resignation isn't an admission of having had an affair Published: Friday, Sep. 11, 2009 - 12:00 am | Page 14A Former Assemblyman Mike Duvall officially gave up his seat Thursday as a recording of him describing graphic details of sexual trysts with two women continued to send shock waves through the Capitol. But the married champion of family values insisted late Wednesday that his resignation is "no way an admission that I had an affair or affairs." Duvall's decision to step down came shortly after two Southern California news outlets broadcast a tape of the Orange County Republican bragging to fellow Assemblyman Jeff Miller, R-Corona, about having sexual affairs with two women. The remarks were recorded by a microphone left on during a break in a July committee hearing. Miller, who lets out an occasional laugh during the recorded conversation, said Thursday that he "wasn't really paying attention" as Duvall boasted about his lover's "eye-patch underwear" and his penchant for spanking her during sex. . . . One of the women Duvall refers to in the tape is reportedly a lobbyist with Sempra Energy, a utilities company that Duvall was tasked with regulating as vice chairman of the Assembly Utilities and Commerce Committee. Did either of those two brag about it while a microphone was open and the recording was taped? Were either of them staunch supporters of so called family values? (stupid term that is) Plus I think that Ted Kennedy, even with all his flaws taken into consideration, achieved more and was admired more by people from both sides of the aisle. An open marriage is means that technically sex with someone other than your wife/husband does not constitute an affair - I have no problem with that. Whether it applies in this situation, I don't know as I am not following the story.Experienced jumper - someone who has made mistakes more often than I have and lived.
