She has been assaulted by people (usually over a welfare check they are expecting), as well as attacked by several dogs not on leashes, and out of yards. Dumbasses like the ones who assault US Mail carriers like Riddler's mom and her co-workers probably don't realize that assaulting a postal worker on duty is a federal crime that can often result in a harsher sentence than committing the same assault on a city or state police officer (which is usually a state offense).
