U.S. withheld data on risks of distracted driving

Maybe it's just me, but it seems every time I see a "soccer mom" driving around Westchester, they are _always_ engaged in a cell phone conversation, and actively so. I'm also seeing "them" actively "typing" on their cell phones. Hell, I'm even seeing some read papers/books while they're driving. It's incredibly prevalent.

Is anyone else seeing this?
