Pardon me for pissing in your pool of supposed superiority-but that had not one bit of fuck-all to do with what I said.
The point was that a lot of people, myself included, won't send something to a person if they are probably not going to find it interesting, informative, or humorous as the case may be.

In my case, I associate with a variety of people who, on occasion, share some limited interests. Example, my aviation friends send me things that aren't yet in general distribution that other, non-industry friends will find interesting or just pretty damn cool.
