No, I'm absolutely not saying that ... at 0.5% versus 16% on credit cards I know how I'd borrow money at the moment ...

I don't do credit per se (no car loans, credit card debt etc..) but see mortgages somewhat differently.

i have a business card that has to be paid off every month - but have resisted converting it to a full credit card

and a mortgage is also a form of credit - as those now in negative equity find out
