Probably not. Judges are almost universally immune from facing tort liability. Even if they did, itd be the.county or state that would be liable - not the judges. As an aside, I find the prosecutors to be accomplices. Over those YEARS the proseutors didn't say, "Your Honor - I've noticed that a lot of these kids aren't represented. these kids should have counsel." Nope. They don't want someone protecting the public rights. The prosecutors want that honor. Another reason why prosecutors are are at the top of my legal shitlist. My wife is hotter than your wife.
