champu 1 #27 January 23, 2009 They talked about this in the news a couple months ago and there was a thread about it at the time. The strikes are actually conducted by four-sided building folks, not five-sided building folks. And although the original article in that thread isn't available, I think I remember it saying the POTUS, SECDEF, and DNI were all to be made aware of the strikes. I think its a VERY clear signal to Pakistan and their Taliban supporters. If you cant eliminate the threat to peace and stability to your neighbor.. Afghanistan.. then we will. IT will prevent the Talaban from feeling all warm and fuzzy in their third world shit holes. If you will not make peace.. we will find you and spray the little vermin down with Al Queda_RAID Hey! I'm sure the left will start crying when this one is still going on in 8 years and costing 10 billion a month.

I'm sure the left will start crying when this one is still going on in 8 years and costing 10 billion a month. dude give it the fuck up this is the war we should have been fighting with out the goat fuck stupid adventure into iraq. the taliban and al queda were the ones that attacked us. i supported bush and his efforts to go after them. but that did not make bush and his cronies happy they wanted to go after sadaam and no matter how many lame reasons they came up with it it was still goat fuck stupid. instead your inpotent in charge wasted all the political capital tht the world gave us after 9/11. thousands of your fellow americans are dead because bush cheney and the other war criminals could not keep their attention focused on afghanistan where it belongs. that is what happens when you run that many lines of coke thru your nose and george and his buddies did during the 70's and 80's. why do you think every fucking thing that moron ever touched when he was in business ended up costing a bunch of other people money.dont ever confuse me with a pacifist... take a shot at me and see what comes flying your way.... i believe in going after the fucks who shoot at me. i think obama is smart enough to do the same. livendive 8 #33 January 23, 2009 QuoteGiven the engagement rules I saw in the military, we didn't need CIC approval to respond to attacks. It would be quite foolish of us if that were the case. Given the uproar over previous strikes into Pakistan, it's my guess that the commanders in charge of such attacks pinged up the chain for any changes in policy upon inauguration of their new boss.
