normiss 898 #4 December 20, 2008 Not quite accurate. They voted to "not reject" a cost of living increase. Did you get one of those in the past 10 years? I get merit increases if my performance "merits" one, but I haven't gotten a cost of living increase in almost 25 years. They do indeed VOTE for said raises. Totally undeserved.
