Quote>No, I think this is all related.
Perhaps. But I don't think the War on Terror et al has much to do with our planning for the future of oil. Indeed, it would seem to, over time, make us more reliant on foreign oil by putting new oil markets under our control (i.e. Iraq.)
I have heard this before. While an arguement can be made for your point, I dont buy it. It is a bigger conspiracy than what I put up.

Any nutcase can file a lawsuit.
I expect it will go the way of the "Obama is not a citizen" lawsuits.

Seems to be the case here. The main concern that one guy, out of a three-person panel that tries to help Muslims buy houses, has a dad with some archaic religious beliefs about anti-americanism.
Of course, some people will tell you "they" are all the same, so one's guy's jihad father will make sure his son does exactly what he's told. Which makes perfect sense to me, because I absolutely believe everything my parents tell me about God (NOT), and I do everything they tell me (NOT). And I'm sure the one guy will bully the two others into doing what his father wants
