Nice. Not one word about the "large amount of dead troops". What an idiot. Every well working brain nowadays knows that not one single country is capable to exist by its own. That should be explanation enough on my motivation. GWB's actions DID have a giant impact to the world. Not a good one. But, it's not my job to teach anyone. It's been noticed worldwide: Your fearless leader started his career with a lie, now he's ending it with another one. And you still stand "by your man"? He again is lying to "you" and the world. Why should we have sent troops to Iraq? Just b/c of the glorious intel your GWB used to start the war? Or his lies regarding WMD?? dudeist skydiver # 3105

No that would have been too disruptive and I think its good they did not impeach him even if he deserved to be stripped of his power. I would rather see him and his cohorts tried in the Hague as war criminals for the lies the used to take this country to an unnecessary war so that he could be a "war president"..since more than anything he is a narcissistic cretin that has always wanted to be the center of attention. Do you think Frat Boy Bush is the first to abuse his power? Granted he has, but he had plenty of precedent to go on. Lincoln abused the power of his office to forever revoke states' rights. This may seem a good place to say "Clinton did it first", but he didn't. He and Bush are just two of many Presidents who felt they can do what they want without repercussion.HAMMER: Originally employed as a weapon of war, the hammer nowadays is used as a kind of divining rod to locate the most expensive parts adjacent the object we are trying to hit. No -- this isn't quite over only because GWB leaves office. The pro-war camp is still hoping to rewrite history - make GWB a modern day Truman and retroactively vindicate the PNAC philosophy. As pathetic as it may sound at this time they still see a chance to turn the ideological fight around some time in the future. This would set precedence for future US foreign policy -- that preemptive war based on vague suspicion is afterall an acceptable MO -- with possibly significant impact on future administrations down the road. There is a quite bit more at stake when bashing GWB even after the dude has left office than an expression of discontent or a "told you so".
