They get hundreds, a computer looks for keywords and 99% of the time the idiots in HR didn't even put in appropriate keywords anyway. If your resume doesn't exactly match, you get kicked out. So, what job search engines really are (at least in my experience) is a lottery where in you try to guess the winning words.
