FallingOsh 0 #78 November 29, 2008 QuoteSaying that it is a certain way because God intended it to be that way would be making the assumption that everyone is to abide by Christian doctrine, which is pretty silly if you ask me. Ok. Evolution intended it to be that way. -------------------------------------------------- Stay positive and love your life.

Ok. Evolution intended it to be that way. The population is already too much for the earth to handle for very long, so maybe sodomy is a solution to some of the issues that have come about as a result of too many people being born? We already know that teaching abstinence doesn't work. Speaking of which, how many of you that say God doesn't approve of gay marriage waited until being married yourself to engage in sexual intercourse? I'm just curious about whether your convictions are selective or not....

okalb 104 #83 November 29, 2008 QuoteAnd that comment about your maker....its not necessary to take that so literal. You obviously knew what i was talking about. I knew exactly what you meant. I just don't believe in the fictional character that you consider your maker. Man made up a god and wrote a fictional book to prove his existence. I am ok with that if you choose to believe it, I am ok with it right up until the point where you say that anyone who doesn't believe it is wrong. It is even more of a problem when you start to pass laws that say that what others do is wrong if they don't believe the same myths that you do.Time flies like an arrow....fruit flies like a banana

tumbler 0 #85 November 30, 2008 Quote Religion had nothing to do with my marriage either...thank god. Hmmm.. I don’t know Cari, I have been married twice, if I had a little more God in there maybe one would have stuck! or if I had picked a little better. I imagine that had more to do with it than anything. you know what is funny to me... I am not gay, I believe in God and his son Jesus. In fact I wear a cross around my neck every day. I also believe that God doesn’t give a flying fuck what we do; he loves us anyway. I guess that is where my tolerance for this stuff stems from. Only thing I cant stand is stupidity. That drives me nuts... that and clowns, don’t like those clowns at all. What do they really look like underneath that make-up with that giant smile.. they must be hiding something!! labrys 0 #87 November 30, 2008 QuoteSo i guess you guys would feel its ok for the entire world to turn gay? Bye bye human race. Sorry, eh? If you saw me you'd think (and be correct) that I was one of the gayest people you had ever met, yet I've had 2 kids. I've done my part, dude. I haven't endangered the continuance of the human race any more than I've threatened the sanctity of marriage.Owned by Remi #?
shropshire 0 #88 November 30, 2008 Actually, the loss of THE most destructive animal on the planet - would probably be the best thing that could happen to Mother Earth. How can you possibly think that quoting that phrase is a justification for theocracy? I guess they don't teach much logic in sunday school.Do you want to have an ideagasm? And here I thought they say being gay is not their choice, like some kind of genetic disease that needs to be cured. I'm in favor of gays being married, it seems like an easy way to reduce the population a little. If the govt. is going to make any more laws about marriage it should be to mandate a seven year waiting period to get married."If it wasn't easy stupid people couldn't do it", Duane. Animals don't get married. They screw whatever they want whenever they want. They also fling poo at each other. I find it interesting that those who believe in evolution over God also defend homosexuality as natural. It's just an observation. I'm still undecided on the legality of gay marriage. -------------------------------------------------- Stay positive and love your life.
