Now we have Black Panthers at the polls!

Just an example of some idiot, who will effect results the opposite he desires.

Yeah, but which idiot are you talking about; the guy in the Black Panther hat or the guy that reported him to the police?

There's no proof either way whether or not the event actually happened as reported to the police. If there was I'm nearly certain the guy in the hat would have been arrested too. Yeah, they did take the guy with the night stick away.

That said, this all does make for "facinating" reporting by FoxNews. I love how the idiot reporter doesn't seem to understand you can't just walk into a polling place with a camera crew as that too is voter intimidation.

I love how you compare a news camera to a Panther standing outside the poll's. What if I stood outside in a Klan outfit. Would you be against that?
If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

Hey, I don't make the voter tampering laws, but in most states if you record within 100 or 150 feet of the actual polling (which includes video cameras for news) that's a violation. A REPORTER should 100% know the laws regarding this for the area he's covering and if he doesn't he's an idiot.

The reporter mentioned that and they contacted there lawyers and they said they were legal where they were. I guess they should have dressed as a panther with a club. Then they would be perfectly legal in your eyes.:S
