kallend 2,230 #1 October 24, 2008 An RNC sponsored 30 second ad in North Carolina, where Liz Dole is in a tight Senate race with Kay Hagan, says: "These liberals want complete control of government in a time of crisis, all branches of government," the ad's narrator states. "No check and balances, no debate, no independence. That's the truth behind Kay Hagan. If she wins, they get a blank check."... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one. billvon 3,173 #2 October 24, 2008 Perhaps a better question is - has McCain given up on McCain? He recently announced he would not spend election night with his supporters, and would only make a short statement outside his hotel later in the night. lawrocket 3 #3 October 24, 2008 Probably both, bill. It's been a pretty crummy campaign that McCain ran. Almost wimpy. My wife is hotter than your wife.
