I think at the very least he deserves a contributing to the delinquency charge.

That was a drive stun. It jump hurts, it doesn't disrupt any motor functions, which makes getting hit with a taser unique.

Either way, that former officer screwed up. Not really about the tasering, which isn't smart on his part, but for hosting a party with underage persons drinking.
