I notice that our local GOP congressional candidates' TV ads are not mentioning which party they belong to, and also proclaim how boldly they stood up to the Bush White House.

I guess admitting to being a GOP candidate is the kiss of death this year.

Hah, yes. Funny how a McCain speech about turning away from Bush's direction sounds, well, exactly like a Bush speech.
