We need licences for so many things these days. Fishing rods, cars, and now think of all the further things you need a licence for. It's a lot.

Do you need a licence for children?

Let us imagine I wish to drive. I train - I'm educated in driving. Eventually a loser says I'm qualified to drive. Or fly, or whatever.

Here's the multi-million pound question...

What THE FUCK entitles somebody to be a national leader?

Where's the education? The qualification?

What on earth qualifies somebody to be allowed to even run for such a position?
