Check out this website www.obamacrimes.com and tell me if there is anything to this former attorney alleging that Barack Obama was 1: born outside the U.S. in Kenya, and 2: adopted in Indonesia at age 5.What you say is reflective of your knowledge...HOW ya say it is reflective of your experience. kelpdiver 2 #3 October 9, 2008 there's no question he's a citizen. It was raised that he might not be natural born, but that matter was long ago resolved as well.
Heatmiser 0 #4 October 9, 2008 As far as I know. The lawsuit alleges that he was adopted by his moms indonesian husband, that it was required for him to attend school in indonesia. Normally, I would write this kind of stuff off as conspiracy theory bull, but I pause because of the relative credibility of the one one who has brought suit in Pennsylvanian court. Phillip Berg is a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania; former candidate for Governor and US Senate in Democratic PrimariesWhat you say is reflective of your knowledge...HOW ya say it is reflective of your experience. Ever thought of getting your "news" from something a tad more balanced??? i have known about this before the dnc and may have some validity. if Obama's mom was in kenya when Obama was born he would be a citizen of kenya not of the US and that his mom registered the birth in the states only makes him a citizen not a natural born citizen.the US law states that if one parent is a citizen of onother country and they are born in that country they become a citizen of that country not of the US. Heatmiser 0 #19 October 9, 2008 Ok, so in my stupidity, I am confused, what is the source of my stupidity in asking this question? While your picture of monkeys throwing poo is definitely visually evocative, it does very little to credit or discredit my original question of the validity of the lawsuit brought in Pennsylvainian court. Andy9o8 2 #22 October 9, 2008 During the 2000 South Carolina primary campaign, push-"pollsters" went around "just asking" whether McCain might have fathered a half-black child. It probably cost McCain the primary, and that seriously hurt his overall campaign - thus, it may very well have cost him the 2000 nomination. McCain very properly decried the tactic as "despicable". "But," the Bush supporters bleated, "all we're doing is asking questions about his background. Isn't that what responsible voters are supposed to do?" This kind of tactic was despicable then, and it's despicable now. Whether one is calling it out by calling it what it is, or giving it cover with as straight a face as possible, it is what it is. And if that's arrogant disdain, then so be it.

MegaGoliath11 0 #25 October 9, 2008 Umm no. Any child of a U.S. Citizen born anywhere is a citizen of the United States once the birth is registered by a U.S. Consul. Its called Birth Abroad of a U.S. Citizen. Honestly now, Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. Does SEN. McCain bring it up? If not then they must have no proof otherwise. But seriously this is just a smear tactic. I mean which plantation was John Sidney McCain born in? I mean his grandparents did own plantations right? Oh and would he have gotten into the Naval Academy if not for his 4-star Father and Grandfather? Oh well it doesn't matter since he showed how much he thought of the school by studying hard and graduating first... er second err 450th err oh yeah 894 out of 899. You see how dirty the smear tactics work? It logic to nowhere! certainly perfected by the McCain campaign.
