For those that want to look it up once it's loaded into the Thomas System, in its final form for the vote in the House, the short title is: "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008".

I'm looking primarily at what they plan to do with monies recouped over time. Since they are upping the statutory debt limit, I guess it would be too much to ask that they ensure tax relief...but it is the government...
