Chuck We've been doing it for a long time via bonds. China owns 1.5 trillion or so of us. We are a fiscal disaster and as soon as the whole thing pops, the right wing rhetoric of social programs choking us won't work. We saw the indicators comming around under Clinton as he reduced military spending and opened socila programs, as well raising taxes on the rich.
