They say bad sequel, I think good sequel

I think it's very likely the murderer will be convicted. Unfortunately, he's also got a made in the shade appeal, because the prosecution systematically kept ANY blacks off the jury. The defense team objected to it and the judge ruled against them. You can bet there will appeals in both the Nevada State courts and Federal courts if need be.

It's too bad that the prosecution had to make that move, but when you consider that the jury in LA acquitted him inspite of the considerable evidence, it's apparent that no black jury is willing to convict him of anything, simply because Simpson is black and a sports hero. I know, I know, the fact that the detective Mark Furman perjured himself on some irrelevant points didn't help things a bit. But it seems the jury was "not willing to send one more black man to prison for murdering white folks" (or "some white bitch" as it was explained to me at work by a black colleague of mine...). Also, the jury did not feel - correctly - that Simpson represented a risk to THEIR community, i.e. he was not about to drive down their streets spraying bullets at their children.

The charges Simpson is facing in Vegas are the kind of bullshit those people won't tolerate out of ANYONE, let alone a black man. I mean, their promises are bullshit, they're going to convict Simpson for the current charges, as well as a backdoor strategy for the deaths of Nicole simpson and Ronald Goldman. He will in part be convicted for being black, which is wrong, but in Nevada that's how it will play.

The appeals will drag on for years and we should be expecting to hear considerable oratory from Brothers Jackson & Sharpton.

I'm sure they're already filed.

Well, he showed bias and that with the botched DNA, I hate to say it was the right verdict.

That has no relevance as to weighing the evidence against the standard of proof.

Yea, and the white jury thing just threw us back >50 years. Being an obvious murderer or being black doesn't absolve the system the duty to give a fair trial in front of a jury of his peers....they failed.
