Yesterday Biden made the comment that Obama made a mistake picking him over Hillary.

So, opinions on

1) Will Biden remove himself and Hillary will take the VP spot

or

2) Biden will drop out but Hillary will not take the VP spot even then

and finnaly

3) If he does drop out and she does take the spot, will it make a differenct at this point?

I would have thought that is how they would play this out. But, Biden has now opened his mouth on the subject and he may have (by doing that) taken this option off the table.

I don't think so. It would be political suicide for Obama to switch-up now. It would only look like... 'Hmmmm... McCain has a woman running mate. I think, I'll try that!' Obama is smarter than that. Obama, needs to get down to the nut-cuttin' and let the voters get the meat and potatoes of what he plans to do if, he gets the presidency. Let McCain keep slinging mud. Obama knows he can't afford to lower himself to mud-slinging. Besides, I don't think, Hillary would take the V.P. as a 'second fiddle' choice.

I have a hard time holding it against Biden that he campaigned against other people and said things alleging inferiority of other competitors. That's the nature of the game.
