The bullshit at invesco field was decided by BO 72 hours prior causing a major pain in the ass for secret service, the britney spears team , and the media. Last report I heard also said two of the city's major highways will be closed while he speaks, for security reasons. Not sure if that's true or not.

They also stopped train travel nearby to prevent useage of trucks and trains as weapons. 70,000 democrats and a presidental canidate is a really big target for terrorists out there, an large scale attack there would kill congressmen, senators, and most of the party leadership.

I heard that the stage was modeled on the Lincoln Memorial, and is a reference to the 45th anniversary of ML King's "I Have a Dream" speach (which was delivered in front of the memorial). Makes sense to me.
