American people USED to own them, but decided that actually paying for it wasn't worth the trouble. SO foreigners are buying them. Here's some more news - did you know that foreigners have also taken the lead in working agricultural fields? I kid you not. Americans won't do that job anymore, either so foreigners are doing it now. Got a problem with this foreign money?
