Not the day it was written and dated?? It was declared 2 days earlier but the printers were not open!! Is this true or am i having my leg pulled?? irisheyes 0 #2 June 6, 2008 You're having your leg pulled (sort of). It was voted on 2 July. But, it was not signed for the first time until 4 July (and then only by one person John Hancock).
