Darius11 12 #51 May 27, 2008 A quick question. Is it actually safer? I have seen Plum Island at least a 100 times crossing from East Long Island to New London by ferry. If a vile of some deadly desise or hoove and mought is exposed to the outside air will the salt water destroy it? Or will it flot with the air and get on the main land anyway? If anyone has been to Plum Island they know it is not some island that is in the middle of the Atlantic but very close I would say within a few miles of shore. So is salt water a good barrier?I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not." - Kurt Cobain
