That story is hilarious.

Let's see, NRA hack reporter, Ginny Simone, their NRANews "Executive Editor" (for quite a few years now btw), goes to England where she finds a generic government protest going on. Finds a couple of people till pissy about fox hunting getting banned, interviews them and finds -1- case of a pretty goofed up legal system. Extrapolates and rearranges facts to make it appear as if the general protest is now a protest about guns, liberty and the "American" way of life?

And people complain about Michael Moore?

Further, you and the page you've linked to, present her "report" as if it comes from a non-biased source. Nothing could be further from the truth.

And that's the nefarious thing about these pieces of "news" floating around on the internet; for those not in the know, they appear to be legitimate news and for those attempting to pass it off as legitimate news, they can claim plausible deniability.

Are you telling me that with your history of association with the NRA that you didn't know who Ginny Simone was or where this "news" came from originally?

I am not, never have been, nor will ever be a member of the NRA.
I do not know who Ginny Simone is nor even heard of her before today.
As I stated, it was presented as received - that's it.
Nothing nefarious about it.

You mean to tell me that with all the gun threads you've been involved in and as much in common with their views are on the 2nd Amendment, you're neither a member nor have ever watched any of their "news" previous to today?

I saw no idea who this person is, either. Until said person earns 8 figures on a documentary, nto really at the same level as Moore for name recognition.

Yup. That's exactly what I'm saying. Can't even say I've ever been to their website.
If you'll review my discussions; you'll notice most of them have been from a perspective of technical expertise or an opinion defending the second admendment.
Believing in the second amendment and the right to bear arms is not equal to being a member of the NRA.
I also believe in the Freedom of Choice even if one "chooses" to be gay, but am not a member of Gay Rights either.
