winsor 236 #27 August 11, 2012 QuoteThought I'd share :-) I got up this morning at about 6am. Put on a pot of coffee.... read some emails. Browsed dz.com.... Drank some coffee... took a shower.... walked my dog. Tried to eat the last banana I had left... too many brown mushy spots to make it edible.... dog wouldn't touch it. Trashed it. More coffee Went to work.... tried my best. Took off a little early to deal with problems with getting a title for a car I just bought. Got yelled at by a stressed out BMV employee for no obvious reason other than I didn't know where to go to get the actual title for the car. Decided to cut the guy some slack and not complain. He looked stressed. Went home and weeded a plot for a vegtable garden. Felt a little energetic and also got the soil turned and ready to plant. Took another shower. Poured a whiskey and soda. Browsed dz.com again. Yes folks, another depraved, immoral day in the life of a homosexual. This lifestyle is kicking my ass. Where the hell do I go to get converted? I hate to break it to you, but breeders are hardly role models for responsible lifestyles. I know that comes as a complete surprise, but it's true. I worked for years in a technical department that was at least 50% female, and very few were straight (long story). The women that were FUBAR were all on the straight side of things, and I much preferred to be on assignment with the gay women, since they did not take offense at the fact that I do not date at the office and their level of professionalism was top-notch. The only people with whom I have worked that let their personal lives impact their profession have been straight. One guy who wasn't died of AIDS, but I'm not sure if that counts. All that aside, I am impressed if whiskey works as advertised in your case. It sure as hell did not agree with me, and I foreswore alcohol over a quarter of a century ago. Your dog will eat bananas of any description? I know ferrets love them, but I never had any luck feeding fruit to canines. As far as converting anything goes, to thine own self be true and you should be fine. BSBD, Winsor
davjohns 1 #28 August 11, 2012 You're just resting up for the weekend, right? I know that's when all the real perversion begins... Seriously...I would assume that gay males (being males) participate in their distinguishing behavior rather frequently. I would think for the average gay female, it is rather less frequent than a hetero couple. So, your recitation of your iten is hardly surprising. More so since you appear currently unattached. Since my son came out and pretty well forced me to define my position on the matter, I've been consistent. I don't want anyone telling me how to have sex, so I don't tell them how. And once we stay out of each others' bedrooms, I don't try to dictate their civil rights, I ask that they stay away from mine. Then, it's just a matter of whether we have any hobbies in common or other interesting stuff to do and talk about. Sorry your day is kind of boring, though. I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.
