stitch 0 #1 April 29, 2008 Has anyone else noticed inconsistencies in the quality of boxes of "Nutty Bars" from Little Debbie lately?? I'm growing tired of spending my hard earned cash on an inconsistent product. Which would be more effective in resolving this issue, a letter writing campaign or a class-action lawsuit ?"No cookies for you"- GFD "I don't think I like the sound of that" ~ MB65 Don't be a "Racer Hater"

The law doesn't guarantee you a consistent product. If the label says, contains 100 peanuts and it only has 50, then sure, you got something. A friend who works in this form of law did serve a complaint to someone selling marichiano cherries where the count was well under. Didn't actually require a trial - they fixed their machines and the matter was quickly resolved. You could start with a single letter to them.
popsjumper 2 #3 April 29, 2008 Well, that explains your weight problem, eh? When are you gonna get back Georgia way? We'll pre-screen the Debbie cakes before you get here. Oh...go with the letter-writing campaign. It's cheaper. Edited to add: There's a plus side to writing letters. Quite often the company sends coupons for free product. My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus. Falcon5232, SCS8170, SCSA353, POPS9398, DS239

While you're at it, take a look at Kellogg's raisin bran. "Two scoops" can be awfully subjective.Provoking a reaction isn't the same thing as saying something meaningful. -Calvin
