billvon 3,132 #1 April 14, 2008 Looks like it's all over for Obama. His snobbery and elitism have become so apparent that there's no chance he'll capture enough delegates to secure the nomination. The final straw - he likes orange juice instead of coffee. What's next? Killing kittens and children? ======================== MSNBC correspondent David Shuster: And it's just one of those sort of weird things. You know, when the owner of the diner says, 'Here, have some coffee,' you say, 'Yes, thank you,' and, 'Oh, can I also please have some orange juice, in addition to this?' You don't just say, 'No, I'll take orange juice,' and then turn away and start shaking hands. You don't ask for a substitute on the menu. . . .Isn't that interesting that Barack Obama. . . can walk before 15,000 people with complete calm and assurance, but he seems a little out of place in A) a bowling alley and B) a diner? What is the problem with [this] guy? ========================= Obama’s Orange Juice Arrogance BHDC Staff Thursday April 10th, 2008 5:41 PM “Would you like some coffee?” a waitress asked Sen. Barack Obama at a small diner in Indiana this morning. “Nope,” he responded. “Give me some orange juice.” A witness said Obama came off awkward and arrogant during the exchange. =======================

BikerBabe 0 #8 April 14, 2008 you have got to be SHITTING me. you know, i haven't really been too into this race. too much bickering. but to be 100% honest, Obama's willingness to tell it like it is, and the media's utterly RIDICULOUS treatment of him...you know? they make me want to vote for him MORE. It's like a big joke. I hate coffee. i mean shit, i guess that means i could never run for president!Never meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup! DZJ 0 #12 April 14, 2008 I thought snobbery was a requirement for being a politician - if you think you're clever enough to lead [x] hundreds of millions of people, don't you pretty much have to think you're better than the rest?
billvon 3,132 #13 April 14, 2008 > I thought snobbery was a requirement for being a politician . . . Apparently it's a requirement for engineers too. On a recent business trip, a colleague and I stopped for breakfast. The waitress came by with that big pot of coffee, and we BOTH asked for orange juice. I even know a truck driver who's that snobby, elitist and stuck up! But all this orange juice snobbery is nothing compared to the storm coming this week, when people will learn that Obama drinks Yuengling beer instead of Bud Lite. Not only does he spit on average americans who drink good old patriotic-NASCAR-NFL Bud Lite, but he drinks beer from a brewery that IS NOT A UNION SHOP! Hopefully all patriotic, down-to-earth americans will show their support for their country by boycotting any beer other than Bud Lite from now until the election. Andrewwhyte 1 #14 April 14, 2008 I must say I am a little disappointed with the pure crassness of Obama's pandering to Florida voters. It's obvious that he needs to be prepared for a re-vote in the FCOJ state; Obama just casually and cynically got the head start on Hilary on that one. GQ_jumper 4 #18 April 15, 2008 The funniest part about this whole ordeal with everyone calling Obama elitist is that Hillary, one of the worst of the elitist crowd is calling out Obama for being that way. BillyVance 35 #19 April 15, 2008 I learned tonight that WWE is hosting a debate of sorts between Hillary and Obama next Monday night on Monday Night Raw on the USA channel. NO, I do not think the real Hillary and Obama would agree to meet on a pro wrestling show, but I can't fault WWE for trying to make a show out of it. Who knows? It might be good for a few laughs. masterrig 1 #20 April 15, 2008 This is all really interesting and funny and to even mention Miller Lite (yuuuuck) is un-American but, could we just get rid of Obama, Clinton and the big name Republican guy who was once a Democrat running for president and just start over? I can't even think of his name. These people are embarrassing to this nation! I just can't believe that people really believe what they are puttin' down!
